Congratulations to Georgia and Faith.
Recently two of our Middle School students, Georgia (Year 8) and Faith (Year 7) and their dance partners competed in the WA Open Dancesport Championships. Mrs McEvoy commented, “Both couples danced beautifully”.
Faith and her partner Mitchell placed 4th in Ballroom and 5th in Latin and Georgia and her partner Coen placed 3rd in both Latin and Ballroom in their graded event. They also performed extremely well in the Junior Open Championship events with Georgia and Coen placing 4th in both styles and Faith and Mitchell placing 5th in Latin and 6th in Ballroom.
Georgia and Coen will be travelling to Melbourne to compete in the Australian Dancesport Championship in December. We wish them well in the competition.
