The Head Start Program is designed to help students going into Year 7 in 2021 gain confidence and transition successfully into their high school studies. Academic Task Force offers two-day courses in NAPLAN Preparation, GATE and Scholarship Exam Preparation, English, Maths, Learning Skills and Essay Writing during the Summer break (14 Jan – 28 Jan 2021) at Rossmoyne SHS and Churchlands SHS. Midland Community Carols
Midland Community Carols is back for the third year running, this time at the newly-created Weeip Park, part of the Midland Oval redevelopment. An evening of family fun celebrating the joy of Christmas. Expect a free sausage sizzle and refreshments, a visit from Santa, the telling of the Nativity story for children, Carols and popular Christmas songs.
