The Junior School was thrilled to welcome back Dan Warlow, a Christian singer and entertainer, to the first Year 1-6 assembly of the term.
Bringing with him a collection of new songs as well as his cheeky sidekick puppet, Jed, Dan engaged the students as he shared the message of ‘Growing in God’s Word’.
Anay 1B – “He visited our school and we got to sing.”
Bree 1B – “I liked his actions.”
Declan 5B – “I enjoyed the song about the Bible.”
Nikki 5B – “I enjoyed the part where the puppet gave the lesson about pulling out the weeds and decluttering our lives.”
Ava 5C – “I found Dan’s puppet entertaining.”
It was a wonderful way to start the term and we are excited about using some of his songs in our assemblies.
