Thanks to our students’ efforts, Swan Christian College finished in First Place in the A division Athletics Carnival.
30 students went to compete against nine other schools in the Athletics Carnival. Although the sun was hot the students were ready and fired up to compete in the events. As a result of the Jumps and Throws, Swan lead the leaderboard with a majority of the students finishing in a first to third position in their event. When arriving at the WA Stadium students were excited and nervous to get onto the tracks and start their warm up.
After a very full on day and a very valiant effort from all the students, two students finished in First Place, one student in Second Place and five in Third Place overall for their year group.
