Middle and Senior School students are invited to take part in the Swan Best Speaker competition and win a $50 first prize ($25 runner up).
Participating students will be facing the task of presenting a prepared speech of 2-3 mins duration and an impromptu speech of 1-2 minutes based on a given question or task relating to their speech (5 minutes preparation time allowed).
The competition will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Week 3 and Week 4 in Classroom M4.
Students need to book their time slot prior to competing. A booking sheet is available in the English office.
