Year 11 Hospitality students from the Cert III Hospitality Traineeship program had the wonderful opportunity to complete on-the-job training at neighbouring Oakover Grounds Restaurant to gain valuable industry experience, outside the school environment.
Year 11 student Noah enjoyed his “front of house” training, tailored to his individual level of experience and skillset, working at this beautiful venue. This work experience plays an important role in assessing practical competencies and meeting requirements for the traineeship.
