This year the WA Dept of Health are providing a new Meningococcal Immunisation Program for Year 10-12 students.
Please read this information and follow the instructions which are being emailed home to Senior School parents over the next few days. The Consent Form must be completed and returned to Student Services by the end of this week.
Unfortunately, the nurses will not immunise students without a Consent Form. Dates for the immunisations are yet to be confirmed with the College. If I can be of further assistance please contact me by return email or 9374 8380.
