The College Parent Committee is once again organising the lunches and snacks for the Middle/Senior School Athletics Carnival on Friday 9 August at Ern Clark Athletic Centre.
All funds raised will be donated to our College Sports Department to purchase new equipment and uniforms.
The Committee will be organising a Sausage Sizzle and pizzas for lunch which need to be pre-ordered via the link below. A small number of extras will be available to purchase on the day. There will also be sausage rolls for purchase, a refreshments stall with cakes and drinks, and an ice cream & coffee van.

Orders will close at lunchtime Thursday 8 August, so make sure to get in early.
Donations Needed:
We are looking for items that can be sold individually at the refreshments and cake stall, i.e. muffins, cupcakes, slices etc. If possible, wrapped separately. “Think what teenagers love to eat!”. Please also add a list of ingredients.
Donations may be dropped off directly at the venue or at the College Administration Office before 8:30am on the day. Please let us know beforehand if you are intending to leave your donation at the office.
