We are very proud to announce that alumna Grace’s artwork was accepted into the prestigious Year 12 Perspectives Exhibition at the Art Gallery of Western Australia which opened on 20 March. Grace graduated from Swan in 2017.
In addition to this, her artwork was chosen for the official invitation!
Grace’s artwork is a portrait of four women brought together in unity whilst celebrating their unique cultural differences. The artwork is Grace’s second portrait in a series of scratchboard drawings titled 4 Places, 1 Face.
We would like to encourage the College community to visit the gallery and see Grace’s piece along with the rest of the exhibition at AGWA. You won’t regret the trip to see the incredible standard of artwork that Western Australian Senior School students can achieve.
The exhibition runs from the 20 March – 16 July at The Art Gallery of Western Australia.
