Now is the time to register your interest in the 2019 Visual Art Tour to Italy.
The Visual Art department will be hosting a Visual Art Tour to Italy in 2019. The College’s second Visual Arts tour will include gallery visits, art workshops, sightseeing, and more whilst travelling through Rome, Florence, and Venice!
Students who are currently in Years 8 – 11, and who intend on studying Visual Arts throughout their time at Swan Christian College, may express their interest in attending the tour by collecting an expression of interest form from one of the Visual Art teachers. This form will include a copy of the proposed itinerary, as well as details regarding specifics such as cost, dates, etc.
An information evening will be held later in the year if sufficient expressions of interest have been handed in.
The College’s first Visual Art tour to Paris in April 2016 was a great success with the group of students who went. They were able to view some of the world’s most famous artworks and galleries, visited impressive historical sights and received hands-on art lessons from a Parisian artist.
