How to Apply


Thank you for exploring Swan Christian College. We know that choosing the right school for your child is a very important decision.

We are a Christ-centred school where all students are asked and helped to be the best they can be. We aim to be a community of personal growth where all members are able to seek excellence and know God. We seek to inspire in our students a passion for learning that will bring the knowledge and understanding they need to make a positive contribution to the communities in which they live and work. We provide students with educational opportunities in a wide range of learning areas and aim to provide an environment where students are supported to realise their full potential.

We welcome all enrolment enquiries 

Our main intake years are KindergartenYear 5Year 7 and Year 11.   

The enrolment process begins a minimum of two years prior to commencement for Kindergarten, Year 5 and Year 7. Year 11 places are filled six months prior to commencement.   

We accept applications for all other year groups and may be able to offer places pending suitable vacancies being available.  Submission of an application does not guarantee a place.

Places are offered to successful applicants subject to an interview with the parents and the student. 


Enrolment Process 

Step 1: Application

Please ensure all documentation is included in your submission. There is no application fee.


Step 2: Interview                        

Upon receipt of the application, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable date and time for an interview.  Further information is collected as we are interested in learning as much as possible about your child, their interests and other areas of excellence and how we can best support him/her at our school.


Step 3: Enrolment Offer                    

If successful in gaining a position, you will be notified in writing and a formal Enrolment Offer will be sent to you. Parents have two weeks to respond to this Enrolment Offer.


Step 4: Accepting the Offer, Payment of Enrolment Fee           

Parents/Guardians are required to complete and sign the Enrolment Offer and payment of Enrolment Fee (non-refundable) will confirm your child’s place. In the lead up to your child’s commencement date we will be in touch with induction information.
