Earlier in the term, our Year 7 students headed off on their separate boys’ and girls’ adventure camps.
The 2026 Year 12 Camp to Rottnest Island was a highly meaningful and memorable experience for our students. Set against the unique natural beauty of the island, the camp provided an opportunity for our cohort to strengthen relationships, reflect on their final year, and grow both personally and spiritually.

On Wednesday 4 February, we celebrated the opening of our new Year 3 and 4 playground with a special ceremony.
Our Year 5 students recently enjoyed an exciting day of learning at Perth Zoo, taking part in the Wild Protectors education program.
On Thursday 26 February, our Year 4-6 students took part in the annual Swimming Carnival at Bayswater Waves.
During Term 1, our Pre Primary and Year 1 students have been participating in engaging movement programs designed to build confidence and develop fundamental physical skills.
Debating is back at Swan Christian College. We are excited to begin a new year of debating with a strong focus on building confidence, communication skills, and enjoyment in a supportive environment.
Term 1 has been a busy and encouraging start for music at Swan Christian College, with students sharing their musical gifts across a range of College events and performances.
We warmly invite our alumni from the Class of 1986, 1996, 2006 and 2016 to join us for a special evening reconnecting with old friends and celebrating shared memories at Swan Christian College.
Students across the College will be celebrating Pi Day with a range of fun mathematical activities in both the Junior School and Senior School.
All parents are invited to join the weekly Prayer Meeting on Monday mornings between 8:30am - 9:00am during school terms, opposite the How Ya Bean Café near the Gym. At the Prayer Meetings parents pray for our College and our community.
Our Year 6 HASS students enjoyed an exciting day at the WA Maritime Museum in Fremantle.
Our enthusiastic Year 9 students were privileged to take part in the Explore STEM Day at Edith Cowan University (ECU) in Joondalup, as part of the Excelsior Extension Programme.
The recent Year 9 Camp was a highlight of the term, offering students an unforgettable week of adventure, teamwork and personal growth.
Our Year 9 French students recently enjoyed an authentic cultural experience with a visit to Maison Saint-Honoré, a local French café.
This year, Ms Yeoman joined Swan Christian College as the College Speech Pathologist, a role that combines her love for language, communication, and supporting students.
Our Year 7 students marked the end of their first year of high school by creating and burying a special time capsule to be opened in 2030.
Flying the Coop rehomes free-range Hy-Line hens from a local Perth farm, giving them a well-earned retirement.
Our Kindergarten and Pre Primary students delighted families on Friday 5 December as they performed a joyful and memorable Wriggly Nativity in the Maali Mia Theatre.
Year 8 and Year 10 students are helping prepare more than 150 Christmas hampers for the Salvation Army to support local families in need.
