We are incredibly proud to announce that James, one of our students from the Swan Trade Training Centre, has been selected for the 64-athlete Western Australian swimming team! The School Sport Australia Games brings together elite student-athletes from across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji to compete at the highest level. James is competing this week in Victoria in the backstroke, freestyle and individual medley events. This follows a stellar summer season where James qualified for the Australian National Swimming Championships in the 200m backstroke, testing himself against top-tier national and international talent. Representing WA for a second time is a testament to James’ dedication, discipline, and pursuit of excellence. We know he will represent Swan Christian College and our wider community with pride, and we pray for an incredible result!Â
