How do I apply?
Please click here to submit our Application for Enrolment form to apply. Once the application is submitted and approved you will receive a Letter of Offer via email.
How much does Swanonline cost?
Our fees are very affordable and include four core subjects for Middle School (Years 7-10). Senior School (Years 11-12) students will pay approximately the same. However this is determined on the number of courses studied in senior years. Please see our fee schedule for more details.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we have a payment option of weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debits that can be arranged through the School. A concession is offered for yearly fees paid in advance.
Can I enrol anytime of the year?
Enrolments are open for students to commence at the beginning of a school term. If another time is required, this is by negotiation with the school. Students may be placed on a waiting list until a place becomes available.
Do I need my school reports from my last school?
Yes, these are required.
Do I need both parents permission to enrol in Swanonline?
This depends on legal arrangements between parents. Your parents would need to discuss this with Swanonline.
My parents are divorced and both want my school reports.
Your parents need to speak to the Registrar at the school to provide details regarding the non-custodial parent and any arrangements made.
What if I have to transfer back to on campus school?
You are able to transfer back to on campus school if circumstances allow and if Swan Christian College is able to offer a position in the required year group. Please approach Swanonline to discuss transfer opportunities should your circumstances change.
Will I lose friends?
We all need friends and time should be prioritised to sustain friendships. It is important to keep up outside interests or perhaps discover new interests where you can develop friendships.
Can I work part time?
As long as your part time work doesn’t interfere with your study, it can encourage independence, reliability and teaches an appreciation of money.
I have just had a baby. Can I take a break for a few weeks?
One of the benefits of Swanonline is flexibility, and the support to succeed in your education.
I don't go to Church; can I enrol in Swanonline?
Yes you can. Enrolment is open to both Christian and non-Christian students. Swan Christian College and Swanonline are not affiliated to any church. Our statement of faith indicates our doctrinal position, which is non-denominational.
I live overseas; can I enrol in Swanonline?
Yes absolutely, although this attracts an overseas fee structure.
