On Wednesday 4 February, we celebrated the opening of our new Year 3 and 4 playground with a special ceremony. Students gathered on the grass, as our Year 6 leader led a time of prayer and gratitude, giving thanks for God’s provision and the many people involved in bringing the project to completion. Mr Lloyd Barlow, Corporate Services Manager officially opened the playground by cutting the ribbon, marking an exciting moment for our Junior School.

We also announced the winner of the playground poster competition, Mhariane O of Year 4, with the winning student and class recognised before being the first to enjoy play time on the new equipment. It was a wonderful time of community celebration, and we look forward to seeing our students continue to use this space with joy and respect.
