We are privileged to have dedicated and delightful teachers in our College. Parents have often commented on the excellent work that Daina Trew does with her students. A recent parent encounter reminded me of how valuable she is, so I thought I would like to give you a snapshot of what Daina is up to this year.

This year I am enjoying completing my Graduate Certificate in Education (Learning Difficulties) which will contribute towards a Master’s degree in Education (Learning Difficulties).
My primary reason for returning to study this year is to discover new ways of assisting the needs of all students in my class, and to share the knowledge that I acquire in my field of study with others. Studying continues to provide an abundance of excitement for me as there are opportunities to learn new ways to assess and plan for the needs of individual students.
As I continue to learn more about the different styles and strategies that will assist students in the classroom, I feel blessed to see the results and share the successes with their families.
