Grandparents of all Kindy to Year 6 students are invited to a special picnic afternoon on Tuesday 16 November in the Swan Christian College Junior School.
Please bring your own picnic lunch, rug/chairs and anything else you may need to enjoy a picnic with your grandchildren.
Whilst we are not asking for replies or needing specific numbers, we would ask that you have no more than four visitors attending per family so that we have enough room for all our picnickers. Students will be able to gather in their family groups with their visitors in one space.
The plan is for grandparents to bring a picnic to share with their grandchildren. It is BYO food, picnic blankets and chairs for the grandparents. Please be allergy aware in the food that is prepared for the day.
The picnic will occur during usual lunchtime, we will invite grandparents to visit the classes for a look and to explore some pieces of work.
