The Year 12 Chemistry students were able to explore their Chemistry in action by looking at the science behind viticulture and wine making, soap making, cheese making and the production of chocolate.
They visited Nikola Estate, who kindly showed us around their facility, including their state-of-the-art laboratory and the wine making facilities. The students also made their own soap and their own haloumi cheese.
