The College would like to congratulate Swanonline student Mathew who competed at the 2018 Australian Age Swimming Championships held in Sydney.
Mathew made it to the 200m butterfly final and also competed in 100m butterfly, 400m freestyle and 200m freestyle event.
The Year 11 student achieved a couple of personal best times and said that, overall, it was a great event to be involved in and have some fun in a different city, as well as representing WA swimming with all the other WA competitors who qualified for the meet.
The championships also acted as the selection event for the Junior Pan Pacific Championships to be held in Suva, Fiji and the Oceania Championships to be held in Papua New Guinea.
