If you wish to commence instrumental music lessons in Term 3, please complete the application form and submit it to Andrew.raymond@swan.wa.edu.au by the end of this term.
A reminder that if you are intending to withdraw from music lessons in Term 3, we need to have notification in writing by the end of Week 8 for it to take effect in the following term. We will extend this deadline until the end of term for this term only as we have the three-week break. This is to give our tutors sufficient time to plan for the adjustment to their timetable and income.
You are not able to withdraw from lessons at the start of next term without letting us know this term!
