One of the strengths of the Japanese program at Swan Christian College is that our students have many opportunities to interact with Japanese people. This year, we have an opportunity to host students from Musashidai High School and Hojo High School in Japan.
We are currently seeking families who would like to host a student during this visit in Term 3. (31 July – 7 August and 13 August – 21 August). During this time, the students will stay with a host family, participate in College life and attend various cultural excursions.
By hosting an exchange student your family gains a unique insight into a culture that differs from ours in many ways. In fact, hosting an exchange student is the best way to experience another culture without having to the leave the country! Exchange is always a two-way process and there are many benefits to both parties involved.
