The Middle and Senior School House Athletics Carnival will be held on Monday 6 August from 8:30am - 3:15pm at Ern Clark Athletics stadium.
All students are expected to participate. If a student is unable to participate, please contact the student’s Dean of Year.
Students will be bussed to the venue during Mentor Group time. Parents are most welcome to come and cheer on the students!
Lunch pre-orders
The College Parent Committee is organising lunches and refreshments for the carnival. All proceeds will be donated to the College's Sports Department to purchase new equipment/uniforms.
There will be a sausage sizzle and pizzas that need to be pre-ordered at
https://tinyurl.com/Athletic2018. Pre-orders for pizza have to be made by Thursday 2 August. There will also be an ice cream and coffee van.
Cake donations
The Committee is still in need of donations for the cake stall at the carnival. They are looking for items that can be sold individually, i.e. muffins, cupcakes, slices etc; if possible wrapped separately.
Donations may be dropped off directly at the venue or at the College Administration Office before 8:30am on the day! (Please let the Committee know if you are intending to leave the cake at Administration)
