More than 300 people filled the gymnasium on Friday night for what was an enjoyable and prosperous event.
Over $7000 were raised from the event to go towards the construction of a new toilet block for students at the Light up Ahead School in Kantolomba, Zambia.
The atmosphere in the gym was euphoric as 30 tables battled out ten rounds of quiz questions. In the end, the quiz night ended in a draw between two tables who had to compete over five additional questions to decide the winner.
The breaks between the rounds were filled with more opportunities to support Swanmission; with games of Heads and Tails, Truth or False and Kahoot. Many also tried their luck at the Coin Roll game to win a large bundle of chocolates. One lady stopped her coin right up against the chocolates and walked away with the prize.
A massive thankyou needs to go out to our extensive list of sponsors on the night. The items and vouchers donated raised over $3500. Everything from a Weber BBQ, massage vouchers and personalised artworks were up for grabs.
