Interhouse Performing Arts Day in the Maali Mia Theatre on 24 July showcased a vibrant celebration of creativity, talent and house spirit.
On Friday 15 August, Swan Christian College was proud to host the Jobs Galore 2025 business breakfast, drawing nearly 500 guests to the College Gymnasium.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an everyday part of our world - from voice assistants to educational tools that can generate ideas, summarise information, and offer personalised learning pathways. In our Christian school context, it’s important to reflect not only on ‘how’ we use AI, but also on ‘why’ we use it, ensuring our approach aligns with biblical wisdom and our commitment to nurturing the whole child.
We are excited to invite all alumni from the classes of 1995, 2005, and 2015 to join us for a memorable evening at the College.

On Monday 18 August, parents gathered in the Maali Room for the Term 3 Parent Coffee and Connect Morning Tea, hosted by the College Executive Team. The morning provided a relaxed opportunity for connection, conversation, and a shared vision for the future of the College.
In Term 3, our Instrumental Music department is proud to present music concerts featuring our students in Junior and Senior Schools. 
On Tuesday 19 August, the whole College came together to celebrate Book Week, with students and staff alike embracing the joy of storytelling and creativity.
The Senior School House Athletics Carnival was held on Wednesday 6 August at WA Athletics Stadium. Students competed in a variety of track and field events, giving their best efforts and showing strong House spirit.

Swan View Cricket Club is recruiting women aged 17 and over for its entry-level team—no experience needed. Whether you're returning to sport, trying something new, or just keen to be part of a supportive and inclusive club, this is a great opportunity.
Our Pre Primary to Year 6 Cross Country Carnival on Wednesday 30 July was a wonderful event as students gave their all and cheered on their classmates.

As Semester 1 draws to a close, we reflect with gratitude on the many ways our students, staff, and families have embraced opportunities for growth, service, creativity, and connection. It has been a rich and rewarding season in the life of Swan Christian College.
We are pleased to share a summary of our recent academic results for students in Years 7 to 12. For Years 7 to 9, we set a benchmark of a 60% average across all subjects. It is encouraging that 69% of students reached or exceeded this target. Most of these students scored between 60% and 80%, showing consistent effort and steady progress.
After a long journey that began at Perth Airport late Monday night 23 June, the Cambodia Mission Team has arrived safely. There were a few extra security checks along the way, but spirits remained high as students and staff stepped into the humid warmth of Phnom Penh - instantly reminded that they were far from home.
This year’s Creative Lab Exhibition celebrated the diverse creative talents of our Year 11 and 12 students who have been completing an Endorsed Course as part of their senior studies.
Our recent College Colours and Stars Assemblies were a wonderful celebration of student achievement and dedication. These events provided an opportunity to formally recognise students who have demonstrated commitment, talent and perseverance across a range of areas.
