Important Notice for Families Withdrawing from the College
Here at Swan Christian College we do understand that families’ plans and circumstances change, which require a change in their child(ren)’s enrolment at Swan.
At this time we would like to remind families of our withdrawal policy. If you do choose to withdraw your child from Swan Christian College, please note that formal written notice addressed to the Principal is required. This notice must be provided at least one full school term in advance – defined as 10 weeks of instruction time, excluding holidays. Verbal notice or emails sent to Deans of Year or classroom teachers will not be accepted as formal notice.
If the required notice is not provided, the College will charge one full term’s fees in lieu of notice, as outlined in the enrolment contract. To submit a withdrawal notice, please send an email to enrolments@swan.wa.edu.au, addressed to the Principal.
Future Enrolments at Swan Christian College:
Current Families
If you are a current family and have not yet completed an application for any future enrolments, then we encourage you do that as soon as possible, so we can prioritise your child(ren)’s enrolment.
Please make a new enquiry via our website to commence the application process.
New Families
Families are encouraged to apply at least two years in advance of the intended intake year. To begin the process please submit an enquiry form. There is no fee related to submitting an application.
We would like to remind all families that the current intake years are Kindergarten, Year 3, Year 7, and Year 11. Enrolments for other year groups will be available depending on current enrolment numbers. If you have any questions please email enrolments@swan.wa.edu.au or call (08) 9374 8300.
