Congratulations to Alri M, Year 10 Business and Enterprise student, for becoming the ASX School Sharemarket Game National Champion 2023 and Claire E, who placed in the top 40 in WA, in the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) game.
Out of 32,000 students and 5,000 schools, Alri emerged victorious with a portfolio worth $64,876.41!
We’re proud of our 10th place nationally, and Alri’s groundbreaking achievement as the first-ever girl to win the game.
Guided by our exceptional teacher, Mr Joseph Carter, students like Alri and Claire gain invaluable skills in business and finance, making informed investments and exploring sustainable practices.
The journey continues with the Shark Tank eSchool program, where students develop their entrepreneurial skills and earn recognition from UWA for future opportunities.
