Dear Parent/Guardian

This final week of the 2025 school year has been filled with celebration, reflection and joy. On Monday evening, our Year 6 students marked the end of their Junior School journey with a memorable Year 6 Graduation, looking ahead to their move into Senior School. The celebrations continued on Tuesday, with the Year 6 Fun Day at Hillarys Boat Harbour. That evening, we gathered for the Year 7 to 11 Presentation Night, where we recognised student achievement across the year, complemented by musical performances and media showcases in the Gym. On Wednesday, Year 7 to 9 students enjoyed a fun-filled excursion to Outback Splash, while Junior School families joined us in the Gym for the Pre Primary to Year 6 Awards Assembly. Wednesday also marked the final day of Term 4.

As we enter the school holidays, we pray you experience the peace and joy that comes through Jesus Christ this Christmas. May your family have a blessed Christmas and New Year. During the break, our College administration office will be open from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, but will be closed during Christmas and New Year from 25 December to 1 January 2026. We look forward to welcoming students back in 2026.

Looking ahead, next year’s return dates include:

  • Friday 30 January, 2026: Year 7s return

  • Monday 2 February, 2026: All other year groups besides Year 7 commence Term 1, 2026

Year 6 Graduation

On Monday evening, our Year 6 students marked the end of their Junior School journey with a special graduation ceremony. They performed beautifully and were warmly addressed by Miss Katie Greenhalgh, Head of Junior School. The Year 6 teachers also shared a speech, reflecting on the students’ growth and achievements.

Graduation awards were presented, and several Year 6 students gave speeches to thank their teachers and share memories. Each student was presented with a Bible to mark this important milestone. The evening ended with a light supper enjoyed by families, staff and students.

We are proud of our Year 6s and look forward to seeing them thrive in Senior School.

Pre Primary to Year 6 Awards Assembly

On Wednesday, we held our Pre Primary to Year 6 Awards Assembly in the College Gym to celebrate the efforts and achievements of our Junior School students.

The Avanti and Piccolo Choirs opened the morning with joyful performances, setting a warm and celebratory tone. Awards were presented for academic excellence, outstanding achievement, specialist subjects and the arts.

We also acknowledged our incoming 2026 student leaders as they prepare to take on new responsibilities in the year ahead.

It was a wonderful way to end the year, and we are proud of all students for their hard work and growth throughout 2025.
